Youtuber to Look Out For!!

Hey Guys,
There's a relatively new beauty guru on youtube that I think deserves a lot more views and subscribers.
She is really sweet, the quality is great and she is really skilled at makeup!! Her screen name is 'neonlipstains.' I really suggest you check her out!!
Here is a tutorial she did on Hanna Marin from Pretty Little Liars.
This is the second episode in a series that she did of PLL tutorials.
I have done this look so many times recently and I'm actually wearing it at the moment.
I hope you enjoy it and that you will subscribe and get her the viewers she needs!!
So, I've been interested in Youtube videos for about 2 years, my first 2 subscriptions being Queenbeeuty and Allthatglitters21. I am still regularly keeping up with Youtube and looking for new subscriptions. For the past year, I have tried a few times to make a video. But I've always never liked how it turned out and been too scared to upload it!! Maybe I will soon/one day.
Thanks
Jazz

Back To School Outfit Inspiration

Fake Studded DMs - River Island

Boring Black School Rucksack - O'Neil
So those were a few pictures of an outfit I wore the other day and I thought it would be a good back to school outfit. I've recently changed to a school with uniform, but maybe it could help you!! It's very simple, but it is just an inspiration and might help you come up with some ideas of your own for back to school outfits.

Thanks,
Jazz

What is one clothing item you couldn't live without?

My Blush Collection(Small)

So, this is my blush collection. If you are reading this and expecting product after product after product, don't worry... I've only got 4! Also, they are all drugstore so no NARS Orgasm here.
I have included a few finger swatches, but not all as the light was tricky...

Collection 2000, Shimmer Shades in Blushalicious

I really really like this product. It has most of the colours you would ever need, good pigmentation, it's super cheap and it's easy to get hold of. Yay!!

Rimmel Powder Blush in Misty Rose 016
Great. Perfect colour for everyday, cheap, cheerful, goes with every makeup look and also pretty good pigmentation. It does wear off quickly though...

Marks & Spencer Sheer Powder Blush in 01 Toasted Spice
Firstly, I can understand how you may be feeling a little surprised right now. Marks and Spencers?! M&S?! Yes. Secondly, I'm sorry for the disgustingly dirty packaging. It's pretty old and I didn't clean it-very naughty, I'm sorry. But yes, I love the name and the product is okay so it remains in my collection.

L'Oreal Paris 'le blush' in 115 True Rose
So, I bought this product on a deal with buying a regular L'Oreal product :)
And I am very happy with this product!! It smells nice(don't choose it if you don't like fragranced products on your face, although it's not too strong), very very pretty color and the packaging is great for on the go(built in mirror). I lived looking into that tiny lifesaver mirror when I forgot to bring my travel mirror on holiday.

Sorry I didn't go into much detail, I didn't want to do a super duper long review of each product but I did want to let you know what I thought!!
Thank you so much for reading.
Comment down below and let me know what your favourite drugstore blush is!!
Thanks,
Jazz

Favourite Mascara

My favourite mascara has changed recently. It always used to be Benefit's Badgal Lash, but at £16.50 and a few months use it surely made me think twice every time I rebought...

Skip to the 5* if you want to skip the badgal lash mascara review.

The things I loved about it were that the wand is big and applies very well. It gives great volume.
The things I didn't like so well were that it dried out sooo quickly.
After the 5th or 6th time it already started to apply differently. Also, there is only one way you can apply it and it's great!! But... It would be lovely to be able to lengthen, volumize and do both separately. I know, I know, that's incredibly picky but I can be because I found one that is still as amazing as badgal but with all the tiny problems fixed!!
*****
Okay so this mystery mascara is Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara.
I love it!!
•It is so quick to apply perfectly
•It has pretty packaging(always a plus)
•It is only £9.99
•It can apply 3 different ways: volumize, lengthen and do both at the same time.
• It's very accessible being by Revlon.

The only problems I have are that you can't blink straight away after you apply it(it will make dots on your eyelid as it is quite wet). The other is that it creates a clump at the end of the wand sometimes so getting the inner lashes is a little tricky... Also, I think the lash growing thing is a complete gimmick but that's obvious.
So, some people love it, some not so much. It's a marmite product, but I'm with the first lot of people.

Have you tried this product?
What do you think of it?

My Broke Season To Come

Topshop: Shorts. River Island: Cross Earrings, Red Boots, Black Studded Ankle Boots, Tights. Forever 21: Mullet Skirt. Not sure...: Galaxy Shorts. Urban Outfitters: Bowler Hat.
This season, I shall be broke. There. I'm predicting the future. It'll be all thanks to the trends this season.
Berry, leather, lace, pretty grunge, studs and soft goth, according to River Island. Soft goth with elements of rocker and boho is my style completely.
Anyone who knows me and has seen me in my clothes(not in uniform!!) will know my obsession with black, leather and lace.
So I can't afford to miss out on this wonderful opportunity, can I?
Mmmmmm... Thank you designers!!
Sorry about the stock photos, but you see I haven't bought these items-yet- and I wanted to give you my visual list of fashion needs(wants).

Also, I have been reading The Fashion Hawks blog recently and I adore everything Amy showed in a recent jewellery haul. Those guys have amazing fashion sense and I figured if you haven't heard of them yet then I would introduce you!! Thanks,

What's your favourite trend this season?

Best & Worst Hair Products

Over recent years I have accumulated quite a few hair products, most from Boots or Superdrug. Some of them have been good, some not so good so I decided to share them.

Firstly, the bad.
Superdrug Expertise Heat Defence Spray
I will definitely not be repurchasing this product. The reason I got it in the first place was that I needed a heat protectant and I only had £3. Not a great idea... The reason why I seriously do not like this is that it just makes your hair sticky, doesn't sink in and does not smell great. Not a fan...

Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance Leave-In Conditioner
This leave-in conditioner isn't bad but I really don't notice any difference when I use it, it might just be my hair type(very thick and long-ish). I keep it though because it smells AMAZING.

Batiste Dry Shampoo 'Nude' 100% Natural Powder
I wasn't sure how good this was going to be and I decided to get it because it seemed more natural than the original(I love blush and I'm yet to try the brunette one). I find it very difficult to use seeing as it's a powder, it comes out very quickly and also, I have dark brown hair so I really have to make sure it's all gone. I don't want to be grey just yet!!

Now that's over, the GOOD!!

CHI Silk Infusion
Now, nearly everyone has heard of this, and it is simply amazing.
I've only used this bottle for about 2 years now and this bottle is TINY.
I love this for when I blow dry my massively thick mane to make it a little bit less massive and poofy, but mostly because it makes it SO SOFT!! ^o^
The only problems are that it it difficult to get a hold of in the UK, it's quite expensive and also it smells a bit manly.... But otherwise, all is good!!

Organix 'Brazilian Keratin Therapy' Anti-Breakage Serum
This stuff... GOD. It was a present from heaven!! Firstly, it smells amazing. Secondly, it straightens your hair nearly completely(for slight wave-straight hair, not sure about curly). Next, it gives a gorgeous glowy shine.
Lastly, the smell. Uhh!! :)

Rockaholic TIGI Shine Blaster

I have already done a review on this product but I wanted it on this list, so check out my post on this if you want to know more

That's it, I hope you enjoyed reading this, please share this blog if you did, it would really help this blog grow.
Thanks,
Jazz
